Why being healthy isn’t just about your diet

Health isn’t just about your weight.

Yes, it’s true that the foods you consume that affect your weight, hormones, skin and digestion are a large part of your overall health. After all, one of the main reasons I became a proponent of Ayurveda was to help people understand HOW and WHAT to eat for optimal health – because it’s about how your body is working as a system, not just your weight.

This is why my clients heal their endometriosis, and get off PCOS medication. 🙂

You can do all of the correct things when it comes to your diet… and still be unhealthy. 

You can eat cooked vegetables and lots of starches, or fresh veggies and fruit paired with refreshing lemon water, all day long. 

And still be unhealthy. 

You can create a nutritional plan and supplement regimen, cut out the processed foods and things your body doesn’t respond well to… and STILL be unhealthy. 

Because you haven’t worked on your mind, spirit and beliefs that are forming your reality!
