How to make your diet work depending on your Ayurvedic Dosha

Ayurveda describes this in terms of the 3 doshas, stating that your ratio of Vata, Pitta and Kapha will be different from your friend/sister/parents’, i.e. your body is unique and deserves to be treated as such.

For example, a Pitta person with a strong appetite is likely to need breakfast (intermittent fasts will make them cranky and irritable) whereas a Kapha person is able to thrive on a minimalistic diet and does well with long gaps between meals.
